Tennis players are some of the most well-known athletes, and their feet are often focused on by sports media. Tennis players’ feet don’t just have to support them as they walk up and down a court – they must also be able to move quickly for powerful serves and volleys. With all the running and jumping involved in tennis, it may come as no surprise that players often have size 14 or larger feet – in men’s tennis especially, the average player has a shoe size of about 9.5 US (almost 10) . The following are the top ten male tennis players with the biggest feet in professional tennis.

Andy Roddick

Andrew Stephen Roddick is an American former world No. 1 tennis player. Andy Roddick’s feet are a US shoe size 14.

Ivo Karlovic

Ivo Karlovic’s feet are a Euro shoe size 46 (US size 15). His feet have been called “four large moulds of concrete” by Stanislas Wawrinka. Despite being one of the tallest players in the history of the ATP, these feet are not his biggest .

John Isner

John Isner has a US shoe size of 15, but he used to wear boots during matches in order to accommodate his exceptionally large feet. He wears shoes that are sized appropriately for him now.

Gael Monfils

Gael Monfils’s feet are a Euro shoe size 47 (US 15.5). His shoes are customized with an extra sole to accommodate his large feet.

Richard Gasquet

Richard Gasquet’s feet are a Euro shoe size 46.5 (about a US 16). He also has two pairs of shoes for his matches because of the wear and tear put on his shoes by his large feet.

Milos Raonic

Milos Raonic’s feet are a US shoe size 16, but the insides of his shoes are custom-made because of pressure placed on certain parts of his foot by the outside of the shoe itself.

Stanislas Wawrinka

Stanislas Wawrinka’s feet are a Euro shoe size 47 (US 16). He has trouble finding shoes that fit, but now wears custom-made Nike shoes.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga’s feet are a Euro shoe size 47.5 (US 17). Tsonga normally wears Stan Smith shoes, which are made for Adidas and sold as unisex.

Raemon Sluiter

Raemon Sluiter’s feet are a Euro shoe size 47 (US 17). He says he has the widest feet of anyone on the ATP tour and can’t wear custom-made shoes because they aren’t wide enough to accommodate his feet. He also wears two pairs of socks when he plays in order to fit into his shoes and avoid foot pain during tournaments.
